Production Story
Goal
Our goal was to take Team Workbench a step further by creating our biggest product thus far. We challenged ourselves in making a product that is multiplayer friendly and can be replayed unlimited times..
Replayability in mind
Our fastest-lap-time system and leveling system encourage children to race multiple times. Players can find shortcuts in every map. With the use of powerups, every race will be a different experience!
Playtesting
We hosted internal and external testing events to gain feedback from the community. With the feedback, we made adjustments to balance the game close to perfection.
Result
We are extremely proud to see the final result of Kart Race. We have accomplished a replayable game that is extremely polished. After a month of release, Kart Race ranks 4.4/5 stars out of 899 reviews on the Minecraft Marketplace.
